Bio
As medical director, Dr. Rose will work with clinicians and other staff members to create a care plan designed to meet the needs of each patient. After completing medical school at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Dr. Rose completed a transitional year in Dearborn at Oakwood Hospital then completed her residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. Dr. Rose has also completed a fellowship with a brain injury and stroke program. She holds membership with the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
