Bio
Dr. Michael Sterr is a native of Miami, Florida who earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine Degree at Nova Southeastern University. He was an active member of the cosmetics club, and is certified in Botox and Filler. While at NSU, he provided care in a variety of different clinics and settings to a very diverse population of patients. This experience has taught Dr. Sterr to effectively communicate and treat patients from a broad range of ages and backgrounds. Dr. Sterr strives to treat each patient experience like a unique interaction that is tailored to the patient's needs and expectations to ensure that patients feel comfortable at their appointments.
Prior to attending Dental School, Dr. Sterr attended Florida State University where he earned Bachelor of Science degrees in Biological Sciences and Psychology, with a minor in Chemistry. He graduated with Magna Cum Laude distinction while working full time as a manager in the service and hospitality industry.
From a young age Dr. Sterr felt joy and fulfilment in bringing confidence to others. He chose to become a Dentist because he knew that a person's smile was a major source of their self confidence, and he wanted to make a positive impact by helping improve his patient's confidence through high quality dental care. When Dr. Sterr isn't doing dentistry, he likes to exercise, travel, watch a sporting event, and spend some quality time with his wife and French Bulldog.
