Hello! Welcome to Kaiser Permanente! I’m pleased to offer this Web page as a means to provide useful information to you. I’m also pleased to be a part of Kaiser Permanente. It’s my hope that we can always provide high-quality, compassionate care and service to you.
I’ve been a pediatrician at Kaiser Permanente since 2000. Since then I’ve had the pleasure of meeting and caring for wonderful children ranging from premature babies to teenagers.
I enjoy children of all ages. Currently, I’m the lead teenage physician and make a special attempt to provide excellent services to our teenagers. Many teenagers these days struggle with peer pressure, self-esteem issues, and decisions about whether to do the right thing or "follow the crowd." I hope to help teenagers make smart choices as well as to take good care of them. I enjoy the happiness that children bring to our lives. It’s very important to me that families leave their doctor understanding both the diagnosis and the treatment needed. Often, I’ll give parents an "after visit summary" or a handout to explain everything in detail. I also enjoy communicating with my families in Spanish or sign language (ASL)!
