Our medical practitioner, Dr. Watson, is passionate about helping patients achieve optimal physical, mental, and social health. His experience in medical weight loss, mental health, and hospital admissions allows him to work closely with patients to assess their metabolic health, provide in-clinic care, and utilize lab results alongside lifestyle factors (diet, sleep, exercise, stress levels) to promote healthier living and reduce the risk of heart disease, stroke, and diabetes.
