Bio
Dr. Barr received a bachelor’s degree and Doctor of Medicine from the University of California, San Diego. Later, she completed a residency program as associate chief resident in family practice at San Bernardino County Medical Center in San Bernardino, CA. Additionally, she earned a Master of Public Health from Loma Linda University School of Public Health in Loma Linda, CA.
Dr. Barr is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the National Medical Association.
