Dr. Strachan (pronounced ‘strawn’), the founder and director of Aglow Dermatology, is a board-certified dermatologist who specializes in medical and cosmetic dermatology located in the Murray Hill neighborhood of New York City. Having trained and worked on both the East and West coasts of the United States, and in a variety of practice settings, Dr. Strachan truly is an expert in treating patients of all skin types. Additionally, she is an internationally recognized expert in acne treatment, hair loss, scalp disorders and ethnic skin.
After graduating from Harvard College and Yale Medical School, Dr. Strachan completed her residency training at the University of California, San Francisco. Dr. Strachan is a popular expert in the local and national media and has been cited in The New York Times, The Washington Post, Ebony, Essence, Cosmopolitan, Health, The Dr. Oz Show, Good Morning America and more.
