Bio
Lindsay Sillas, M.D. is a Board Certified Obstetrician/Gynecologist who has worked in the Houston Med Center since 2017 after several years in private practice in St. Louis, Missouri. She practices with Bella Obstetrics and Gynecology and performs her deliveries and surgeries at The Woman's Hospital of Texas.
As a recipient of the John M. Morehead Scholarship, she graduated from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a second degree in Romance Languages. Dr. Sillas received her medical degree from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio and completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Washington University/Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis.
During her residency, she received numerous awards from Washington University, including Resident of the Year Award for teaching, Chief Resident Award for teaching, and the David Rothman Research Award. Additionally, she served as Chief Administrative Resident.
Dr. Sillas is passionate about helping women have the best birth experience in a safe, nurturing environment. She recognizes that family is a top priority so she feels honored to be a part of her patients' special arrival. During her leisure time, Dr. Sillas enjoys reading novels, getting centered with yoga, traveling with her husband, staying connected with family and friends, volunteering and scrapbooking memories.
