Bio
I'm a fourth generation Californian. I was born and raised in Southern California. I participated in the UCR/UCLA Thomas Haider Program in Biomedical Sciences, where I received my degree in biomedical sciences, followed by my doctorate of medicine from the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA. Although I left briefly to complete my residency at Yale–New Haven Hospital, I’ve returned to serve in beautiful, sunny Southern California. I was raised in a health care household, and spent time volunteering at various hospitals in various roles, before ultimately finding my home in medicine. The first baby I delivered was named "Janelle," the first hysterectomy I witnessed was performed with such finesse and grace, the anatomy was truly marvelous, and the continuity of care was handled so well that, thereafter, choosing Ob/Gyn just made sense.
