Nwamaka Mary-Anne Onwugbenu, MD is an obstetrician and gynecologist at Lifespan Physician Group, Obstetrics and Gynecology. She received her undergraduate degree in biology from St. John’s University in Jamaica, NY. Dr. Onwugbenu earned her medical degree from Penn State College of Medicine in Hershey, PA. She completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the Lutheran Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY and Einstein Medical Center Philadelphia in Philadelphia, PA. Dr. Onwugbenu is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology. Her clinical interests include abnormal uterine bleeding, uterine fibroids, minimally invasive surgery and general obstetrics.
