The Owner and Medical Director of Contemporary OB/GYN Chicago, Dr. Mia E. Layne, is a board certified Obstetrician-Gynecologist from the Southside of Chicago. She has established herself as an empathetic physician with superb bedside manner, extensive medical knowledge and exceptional surgical skills. She looks forward to providing a women's wellness oasis to the women of the Chicagoland area and beyond.
Dr. Layne obtained her Doctor of Medicine degree from Meharry Medical College in Nashville, Tennessee and completed her Obstetrics and Gynecology residency at Wayne State University/Detroit Medical Center in Detroit, Michigan.
She is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
